Free shipping on every order

Every TruBeam order ships free within the United States — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking your order

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or reach out through our Contact page.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us right away — we can usually update it before the order ships, but we can't reroute a package once it's on its way.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help make it right.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — join our email list to hear when we ship to your country.
