How to request a refund

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll take care of you. For a satisfaction refund on your first order, you don't need to ship anything back.

When you'll get your refund

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it to your account.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time — no fees, no commitments. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
