A bit of history
A tree people have leaned on for centuries
Long before it reached supplement shelves, moringa was an everyday plant across India and parts of Africa — grown in backyards, cooked into meals, and brewed into teas. Its leaves were eaten fresh as a green vegetable, or dried and ground so their nourishment could be kept through the dry season.
In traditional Ayurvedic practice it earned the nickname that still follows it around: the ‘miracle tree’.
